Despite a rainy Saturday, the Great American Brass Band Festival delighted many guests.
Located on the Centre College campus, in Danville, Kentucky, multiple brass bands and ensembles performed during the event. The festival started on Thursday, June 25th with a couple of acts performing in the evening. It picked back up Friday evening with the Circle City Sidewalk Stompers performing on a campus street, with a total of four acts performing that night.
Many food vendors as well as multple craft boubon and beer vendors filled the vendor area.
Saturday would see rain dominate the day. The 11:00 am parade had to be cancelled due to thunderstorms, and music acts resumed performing at 2:00 pm.
